Friends Hospital Positions MENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN This position
is responsible for delivery patient care services, contribute to treatment
plans, support development, customer service and community relations
activities. MENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN This position is
responsible for delivery patient care services, contribute to treatment
plans, support development, customer service and community relations
activities. SECURITY OFFICER PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in healthcare setting, Act 235 preferred. HOURS: Full time, evening. SOCIAL WORKER (General Adult Unit)
Working from a systems framework, this position performs individual, family
and group assessments and implements case management functions for assigned
patients. Assures completion of the psychosocial assessments, family
meetings, inter-agency meetings and the discharge planning process starting
from the admission date enabling patients to maximize their resources within
the home and community. Participates in the delivery of patient care
services and functions as a member of the unit team. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: One-three years experience in social work in an acute inpatient setting. Adherence to systems model approach.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Social Work.
HOURS: Full time, includes working an occasional evening and/or weekend. |
