Over the past 189 years, Friends Hospital has made significant contributions to the behavioral health field, pioneering new treatment methods and exploring the use of investigational medications. For the past 20 years, the Friends Hospital Clinical Research Program has prided itself on its mission-directed excellence in research studies for individuals with behavioral health care problems.
Our clinical research staff is committed to improving the quality of life for individuals with behavioral health problems by seeking and researching innovative treatment methods. With 192 beds and individualized programs for adolescents, adults and older adults, the Hospital specializes in inpatient studies for all age groups. Clinical research studies may be conducted for inpatient or outpatient populations.
